Every once in a while we need time alone. When feelings overwhelm us, when we need time to introspect, when the answers elude us...we seek solace in silence. We find answers from within. This was written on one such occasion...

I think we lose ourselves in thinking too much...sometimes life's not as complicated as we make it out to be. We really shouldn't go looking for problems where there aren't any and I really do believe that when we go looking for trouble, we've already let them in :) ..
